Signs by Knight was established in 1977 by Gary & Letetia Knight, beginning as self taught signwriters & a desire for the trade. A small workshop beginning in Thomas Mitchell Drive, Wodonga until present location, a large factory complex at 18 Kane Road, Wodonga, fulfilling the space for a workforce of usual capacity of 15 staff. From beginnings to now, a traditional and family based business in the country, offering comparable metropolitan & larger city energy & creativity.
With ever increasing type & range of signage today, computerized machinery & traditional hand skills, new technology has always been accepted & used to produce quality signage for a large & valued customer data base.
In April 2008 Gary & Letetia’s son Tim, who has been with the company since leaving school at 17, and his wife Tracey purchased the business, Signs By Knight from Gary & Letetia and continue the tradition started with Mum & Dad, that has seen the company grow into one of regional Australia’s most well known & respected sign companies. The business plan is heavily focussed on continuing all the traditions, work ethic & open mind to future technologies.
